Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not provided for:

• Work already started or completed
• Digital services (ads, design, SEO, development)
• Ad budgets spent on Google/Meta
• Third-party tools or subscriptions

Refund Eligibility

Refund may be considered only when:

• No work has started
• Payment was made by mistake
• Duplicate payment was made

Project Cancellation

If a client stops responding for 7–10 days, the project is marked as on hold, and no refund is issued.
